What is Panchakarma?

The term “Panchakarma” literally translates to “five actions,” referring to the five primary detox therapies included in this treatment:- Vamana (Therapeutic vomiting)
- Virechana (Purgation or laxative therapy)
- Basti (Medicated enemas)
- Raktamokshana (Bloodletting)
- Nasya (Nasal administration of oils)
